For decades, I’ve planned and supported events of every scale - from large public and professional gatherings to intimate, meaningful celebrations - developing a deep understanding of logistics, people, and flow, even when circumstances change.
My background spans government, corporate, small business, and military environments, paired with decades of public speaking and group leadership. This experience allows me to read a room, anticipate needs, and step in with calm, capable action - often before challenges become visible.

These services are designed for couples who have completed their planning and are seeking professional coordination and execution support, not full-service wedding planning.
Hands-on support that begins before the wedding day
At Whimsical Celebrations, Day-of Wedding Coordination begins weeks before your wedding, not the morning of. I step in early to learn your plans, communicate with vendors, and manage logistics - so you, your families, and your wedding party don’t have to.
Each package reflects a different level of preparation, hands-on involvement, and on-site coverage.
Additional services may be added as needed. Additional hours are billed at $150/hour.
Starting at $3,000
Best for: DIY-heavy, outdoor, complex, or high-emotion weddings requiring confident leadership and full coverage.
Designed for weddings requiring full hands-on execution, including physical setup and teardown responsibilities.

Everything in Signature, plus:
Pre-Wedding (10–12 weeks prior):
- Multiple planning calls
- Full vendor and wedding party communication
- Detailed ceremony and reception run-of-show
Wedding Day:
- Chair cover installation and removal (if applicable)
- Full hands-on execution and leadership
- Weather, safety, and flow decision-making
- DIY florals and ceremony structure setup (as needed)
- Transport and secure handling of décor, gifts/cards, and leftovers
- Guest care and safety interventions when necessary
- One coordination assistant included to support execution and logistics under the Planner’s direction.
Up to 15 hours of on-site coordination

Best for: Weddings with multiple vendors, moderate DIY, and elevated design details.

- Hands-on décor setup (arches, runners, placement)
- Light DIY floral prep (bud vases, trimming)
- End-of-night organization of décor and personal items
- Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination

Best for: Well-planned weddings with minimal DIY and straightforward logistics.
Essential Coordination is ideal for couples who want rehearsal coverage, expanded vendor communication, and a coordinator fully integrated into their wedding team.

Best for: Small, simple weddings with minimal vendors and no DIY.
Foundations Coordination is intentionally limited and best suited for streamlined weddings with minimal moving parts. This package is ideal for couples who want calm, professional oversight - without relying on family or friends to manage logistics.

- Vendor contact collection and confirmations
- One planning call plus email support
Wedding Day:
- Timeline management and cueing
- Vendor direction and guest assistance
- Light setup support (signage, candles, aisle runner)
- On-the-spot problem solving
Up to 6 hours of on-site coordination
Not Included:
DIY florals, heavy setup or teardown, item transport, weather mitigation, or extensive physical labor.
Many couples who initially inquire about Foundations ultimately choose Essential for rehearsal support and extended coverage.

- Whimsical Celebrations is based in Neenah, Wisconsin and proudly serves weddings throughout the Fox Valley and surrounding areas. Travel beyond the standard service area may require additional travel fees and/or overnight accommodations. All travel-related details will be discussed and approved in advance.
- When rehearsal coordination occurs on a separate day from the wedding, additional travel fees and/or overnight accommodations may apply depending on location and timing. All rehearsal-day travel details will be discussed and approved in advance.
- Services are reserved only upon receipt of a signed contract and required retainer. Dates are not held without confirmation.
- A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve services. Full payment terms are outlined in the client contract.
Whimsical Celebrations provides professional wedding day coordination throughout Neenah, Appleton, Oshkosh, Green Bay, and surrounding Fox Valley communities. Travel beyond the standard service area may require additional travel fees or overnight accommodations and will always be discussed and approved in advance.
Yes - if your planning is complete. Day-Of Wedding Coordination is designed for couples who have selected their vendors and finalized their vision, but want a professional to execute, manage, and lead on the wedding day so loved ones don’t have to.
Chair Cover Handling (Add-On)
For Foundations, Essential, and Signature Coordination packages, chair cover installation and/or removal may be added for a $300 flat fee.
This service must be requested, approved, and scheduled in advance and is subject to availability.
Services requiring additional physical labor, transport, setup, teardown, or extended decision-making are not included unless expressly stated in the selected package or approved as an add-on in writing.
